What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are:

  • Mondays – Saturdays: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Sundays and holidays: 10 AM – 4 PM

How to place an order on JAdeals.com?
Step 1. Search for an item on our website. Consider using the search box or the category section
Step 2. Select “Buy Now”
Step 3. Select your Shipping and Payment options, then place your order

Can you source an item for me?
Yes. We will source whichever item you want, pay for it, and deliver it to you. Please use the “Special Order Quote” form here to send us your request.

Can I get a Proforma Invoice?
Yes. Here is how:
Step 1. Simply add the item(s) that you wish to purchase to your cart
Step 2. Go to the Checkout page
Step 3. Select “Bank Transfer or Deposit” as your payment option then select “Place order”
A proforma invoice will be emailed to you immediately after. For further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How do I make payment?
We accept payments via:

How will I receive my order?
We deliver locally and internationally using a variety of courier services such as the Mail, Knutsford Express, Doorway Express, Tara Courier, DHL (for overseas delivery), and more! You may also collect your order at any of our store locations, in Kingston and Black River.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders shipped within Jamaica usually take between same-day to 3 business days to deliver.
Orders shipped internationally take between 3 to 30 days to deliver.
Please note:  the delivery time is based on the delivery method selected on the Checkout page. Items on backorder usually take an additional 1-2 weeks to be delivered.

How to track my package?
First, you may check your order status here to see if your order is On Hold, Processing, Shipped, etc. Also, if you have an account with us, then you may go to My Account and then “Orders” to view your order status. If your order was “Shipped” then you should receive an email with the courier’s name and tracking number, if the courier offers a tracking number. Please click the name of the courier your package was sent with, then enter your tracking number:

Will the packaging be discreet?
All packages are sent in the most discreet manner possible; usually, packaged in bubble wrap paper envelopes, opaque packaging plastic bags, or carton boxes.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you may. Most of our products carry 30 days warranty.

Where are your stores located?
We have two (2) physical store locations:

• Kingston – Park Plaza, 6D Constant Spring Road, Half Way Tree, Kingston, Jamaica (close to the Halfway Tree Transport Centre)

• Black River – Shop #8 Market Street Plaza, Black River, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica (across from the Black River Police Station)

Do you sell at Wholesale Price?
Yes. We offer Wholesale Prices on certain items. Please contact us if an item that you wish to purchase wholesale does not show the wholesale price.

How do Online Tickets work?

  1. Purchase your online ticket(s) at JAdeals.com and you will receive an “Order Number” (e-ticket)
  2. Your “Order Number” and Photo ID will be checked at the venue
  3. You will then be presented with a Physical Ticket or Wristband to enter the event.
