Do you accept Credit/Debit card payments on your website?
Currently, we do not. However, we accept PayPal payments.

Do you accept Cash payments?
Yes, we do. We accept cash payment via Scotiabank or NCB.
You may lodge cash payments to our bank account using an ATM Machine or visit any of the banks’ branches.

How will I receive my package?
We deliver via Mail, Knutsford Express or Tara Courrier.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Items shipped within Jamaica usually take 1 to 2 days once the items are in stock.
Items shipped outside of Jamaica usually take 3 to 14 days once the items are in stock.
* Items on backorder usually take 1-3 weeks more to be delivered.

How to track my package?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier company’s name and tracking number which you may “View” in My Account > Orders. Track your package here:

Will the packaging be discreet?
All packages are sent in the most discreet manner possible; usually, packaged in bubble wrap paper envelopes or carton boxes.

How can I check the status of my order?
Please go to My Account and view “Orders”.

What is backorder?
“Backorder” indicates that the item is not currently in stock, and may take 1-3 weeks to be delivered.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you may. However, some terms and conditions may apply.

JAdeals.com is an online store. Our main office is located at: Shop #8 Market Street Plaza, Black River, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.

Am I able to pay after I receive my order?
Sorry, but we accept payment before your order is delivered.

How do Online Tickets work?

  1. Purchase your online ticket(s) at JAdeals.com and you will receive an “Order Number” (e-ticket)
  2. Your “Order Number” and Photo ID will be check at the venue
  3. You will then be presented with a Physical Ticket or Wristband to enter the event.

Yes, we do. We offer discount usually when you purchase 3 or more items. This does not include Sale items.
