Can you Source an item for me?
Yes. We will source whatever item you want, pay for it and ship it to you. Please use the Special Order form here to send us your request.

How do I Pay?
We accept payment via Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, NCB, Scotiabank and at any of our Store locations.

Do you accept Cash payments?
Yes, we do. We accept cash payment via Scotiabank, NCB and at any of our Store locations. We also accept “Cash on Delivery” for deliveries within Kingston and Black River for certain items, JA $5,000 or less.

How will I Receive my order?
We deliver via Mail (worldwide), Knutsford Express, Tara Courrier (islandwide) or local delivery (Kingston and Black River). You may also pick-up your order from any of our Store locations, for certain items.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Items shipped within Jamaica usually take 1 to 3 days to deliver, once the items are in stock.
Items shipped outside of Jamaica usually take 5 to 30 days (depends on the shipping method you choose) to deliver, once the items are in stock.
* Items on backorder usually take an additional 1-3 weeks to be delivered.

How to Track my package?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier’s name and tracking number to track your package. Track your package here:

Will the packaging be discreet?
All packages are sent in the most discreet manner possible; usually, packaged in bubble wrap paper envelopes, opaque packaging plastic bag or carton boxes.

How can I check my Order Status?
You may check your order status here. If you have an account, then you may also go to My Account and view “Orders”.

What is Backorder?
“Backorder” indicates that the item is not currently in stock, and may take 1-3 weeks to be delivered.

Can I Return an item?
Yes, you may. Most of our products carry 30 Days Warranty.

Where are you Located?
We have two (2) locations:

  • Park Plaza, 6D Constant Spring Road, Half Way Tree, Kingston, Jamaica
  • Shop #8 Market Street Plaza, Black River, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.

Am I able to Pay when I receive my order?
Yes, however, we only accept “Cash on Delivery” in Kingston and Black River.

How do Online Tickets work?

  1. Purchase your online ticket(s) at JAdeals.com and you will receive an “Order Number” (e-ticket)
  2. Your “Order Number” and Photo ID will be check at the venue
  3. You will then be presented with a Physical Ticket or Wristband to enter the event.

Yes, we do. We offer discounts usually when you purchase 3 or more items. This does not include Sale items.
