Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with the item(s) you received, then we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Please contact us, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Refunds will be done via the same payment method used when the item was purchased. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be in original condition (not damaged, washed or altered in any way)
  • Items must be returned with original packaging; complete with all manuals and accessories
  • Warranty seal must not be broken
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must be not be worn

The following items may not be returned without them being defective or them having been an error on our part: for some printers & scanners, keyboards, mice, mobile phones, washers, refrigerators, TVs, home theatres, stereos/boomboxes, DVD players, inks & toners, fragrances, Hygiene products (such as deodorants, hairbrushes), software and game CDs. Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Note: The original shipping fee(s) are non-refundable. The returns will be made at your own cost. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

Return Address

Please contact us if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
